I was invited by Road To. to create an illustration that explores the concept of “home” during the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
“ROAD TO.” is an innovative format designed to spotlight important social issues through the art of illustration. Created to bring together some of the most renowned names in Italian illustration, the project has a unique mission: to raise awareness and offer tangible support to minorities through visual creativity. The first chapter focuses on one of the longest-running conflicts in contemporary history: the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The spotlight is on the current war scenario in the Gaza Strip, one of the areas most affected by violence and isolation.
The illustrators involved in this first edition were asked to create works that will be showcased in a traveling exhibition across three cities: Turin, Bologna, and Bari.
This year, ROAD TO. will donate 30% of its proceeds to Save The Children.
